This is an appeal from a grant of summary judgment to Teamsters Local 959 in a trespass action brought by Brown Jug, Inc. Brown Jug charged that members of Local 959 trespassed on Brown Jugs property while engaged in consumer boycott picketing at its Wasilla outlet. Local 959s motion for summary judgment was based on claims that state court jurisdiction is pre-empted by the National Labor Relations Act, and that the union should not be held liable since Brown Jug suffered no compensable damage and was unable to identify the individuals who allegedly trespassed. We reverse and remand.
